What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept PayPal.
However, you do no need a PayPal account to use their services. Customers are able to use PayPal as a guest and pay with all major credit cards.
How does shipping work?
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5.95. Orders over $100** will be shipped free of charge. You will be able to view the shipping cost before confirming your order.
All shipping costs are in Canadian Dollars.

The majority of our packages are shipped via Canada Post.
How long does it take for my order to ship to me?
For deliveries in Canada:
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, depending on your location in Canada. Please bear in mind that there may be postal delays at peak periods such as Christmas and that they are beyond our control.
For deliveries in the United States:
All orders are sent by Airmail, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Occasionally customs may hold deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control.
How do returns work?
How are returned items credited back to me?
Returned items are credited in the original form of payment.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed from the day you return your package. We will notify you by phone or email once we have processed your return.
How much time do I have to return an item?
You can return an item up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.
How do I send my returns?
Please return all items in their original packaging and in their original condition. Make sure to include a copy of the original packing slip. The shipping fees associated with returning any items is at the customers expense.
*Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
